Online report for securities accounts


Dear Clients,
The Magyar Nemzeti Bank’s (National Bank of Hungary; MNB) on-line query application allows you to compare the monthly reports received from Aegon Hungary Asset Management with the data (not containing any personal information) transferred by the service provider to the MNB.

What are the benefits?
By checking the on-line balance on a regular basis you can make sure that your service provider manages your securities account correctly, i.e. it transfers the same information to the Magyar Nemzeti Bank and to you.

How can I access the service?
Aegon Hungary Asset Management generates a permanent login ID for each managed securities account (multiple accounts may be combined). Aegon Hungary Asset Management generates a new password for accessing the monthly report each month, and sends this to you either via mail or e-mail. You can log into the on-line query application with the 24-digit identifier and the 12-character password.

What is the reference date for the query?
After the successful login, you can download the report in PDF format. With the current password you can always query the state of your account valid on the last day of the previous month (reference date).

What information is shown in the report?
You will see two pieces of key information in the report.
1. The available balance (balance of the financial assets) as of the reference date.
2. The description and number of the securities held on the account (the stock of securities).

What if there is a mismatch between the report data and data from other reports?
Should you have any remarks concerning the difference between the information contained in the on-line report and information contained in any other report, you can submit a ticket, even without indicating your name, on MNB’s on-line platform to help the Supervision’s work. However, you will have to lodge a complaint with the financial service provider managing your securities account in order to settle the issue.
